Dear Mr. Burgess,

I have been given your name as I wish to write to commend a gentleman who is in your employ at the Airport branch of Minimax. The gentleman in question is: Mr. Tony Binns.

On 12th July I had to dash down to the airport to retrieve a box containing gifts that business associate had attempted to bring to the Island for members of our company but they didn't have the necessary paperwork in order to clear Customs. All I was given was the yellow bond tag and I had no idea what to do with that!

Once a Customs Officer had instructed me on what to do I flew into Minimax with about 10 minutes to spare and Mr. Binns dropped what he was doing and did everything he could to help me. He actually isn't aware of the fact that I was able to clear the gifts and they were presented at a private dinner later that evening.

No doubt in my mind whatsoever that the dinner would have been spoiled and we would not have received the gifts had Mr. Binns been so dedicated, polite, kind and attentive.

In this day and age of criticism I think it absolutely necessary to give praise where praise is due. I do hope that Mr. Binns receives the necessary thanks that he so deserves.
